G.I.A. ® Il Gelato Italiano Artigianale

GIA is an agency specialized in hand-crafter ice cream with more than ten years of experience.
Our intention is to share our experience for producing the “Vero Gelato Artigianale” (real hand-crafted ice-cream) all over the world.
We are an Italian couple and we have lived and worked in Algarve, Portugal for many years.
Here we have created a laboratory where we produce ice cream for Hotels, Restaurants and local Ice-cream Parlours.
Currently available is a workshop school, dedicated to those who wish to undertake, through the targeted courses, theory and practice, a challenging profession, which may reserve infinite satisfaction of personal and professional growth.

As we are certain that our formula is a guarantee for success we strive to repeat it.
